Once shoes are available for domestic delivery, orders placed by 11:00 a.m. PST Monday - Friday will be processed before shipping within 1 - 3 business days. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Any orders placed on the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we accept eligible* items for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached, unused, and in sellable condition, accompanied by proof of purchase.
For $1.98, you can unlock free returns and exchanges through Checkout+. If you opt out of Checkout+, an $8.00 processing fee will apply to cover the cost of the return shipping label.

Well made!
I love the color and the style, 5/5 in that department! Unfortunately, both my wife and I look crazy wearing the hat because it’s so huge. I didn’t think it would be so big. The part above the bill shoots way up and sits far above my forehead, leaving a big gap. Since it was a final sale item, I couldn’t return it to get a better fitting hat, which would’ve been great. I’m hoping now I can find someone with a larger head to give this hat to, otherwise I’ll have to donate it.
