How do I start an online return or exchange?

How to Start a Return
- Go to our Returns Portal.
- Enter your order number and zip code, then follow the prompts to request a refund, store credit, or exchange.
- A prepaid return label will be emailed once your request is processed. Print and attach this label to your package.
- All return packages must be shipped within 30 days of delivery. Please do not combine multiple orders into one return or split one order into multiple packages, as this may delay processing by up to 21 days.
- Drop your package at any carrier location. Eastside Golf is not responsible for lost returns—we recommend using a method that provides tracking or proof of delivery.
Please allow 8–12 days for your package to be delivered to our warehouse and for our team to process and finalize your return. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment and confirmed via customerservice@eastsidegolf.com.
If you have any issues with your return in the portal, please reach out through our contact form or via email at customerservice@eastsidegolf.com. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for return/exchange. If you are requesting an exchange, please also include the new item/size/color.
Our Customer Service team typically responds within 1–2 business days during the week and on weekends. Please note, our team is off on holidays.
How to Start an Exchange
- Visit our Returns Portal.
- Choose to exchange your item for the same product in a different size, select a new item of equal value, or apply your exchange credit toward new items.
- Enter your order number and zip code, then follow the prompts.
- Once your exchange is confirmed, a temporary hold will be placed on the card used for the original purchase.
- Please ship your return within 14 days of receiving your label. If items are not returned within this window, you will be charged in full for the exchanged items.
Exchanges may take 14–21 days to complete. Please note: at this time, we are unable to accept gifting exchanges.
What is your return & exchange policy?
At Eastside Golf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we accept eligible* items for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached, unused, and in sellable condition, accompanied by proof of purchase.
For $1.98, you can unlock free returns and exchanges through Checkout+. If you opt out of Checkout+, an $8.00 processing fee will apply to cover the cost of the return shipping label.
PLEASE NOTE
- All raffles are final sale—no returns or exchanges allowed.
- Multiple Entry Raffles — You will be charged for all raffles you enter.
- Only one (1) return label per order will be honored.
- During holidays, processing of returns/credits/exchanges may take longer.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- If your package was shipped in a poly bag, please reuse your shipping bag for the return. Using different packaging may require additional postage.
- You will be contacted via email if your return is rejected. Your return will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order, and you may be charged a processing fee.
- International Returns: The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. If you return or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before your account is credited.

Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to get my order?
Domestic orders placed by 11:00 a.m. PST Monday - Friday will be processed before shipping within 1 - 3 business days. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Any orders placed on the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
To ensure the security of our customers, Eastside Golf cannot modify or redirect the shipping address of a package once it's been dispatched. We strictly ship to the address provided during checkout, which must correspond with the billing address. However, you can arrange for a pickup at a carrier location through the carrier service.
What shipment methods are available?
Some special offers and products might be excluded from the free shipping offer. If your order falls below the threshold amount, you will be charged based on your location and the size of your order. If you would like expedited shipping we offer faster services via UPS and FedEx at an additional cost. You will be able to select your shipping preference at checkout.
Can I expedite an order?
We cannot move your order in front of other orders for faster processing and/or delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once tracking is added, an email notification will be sent to you for your order. If you have yet to receive tracking, you can contact one of our customer services representatives at customerservice@eastsidegolf.com for updates.
My Package says “delivered,” but I never received it.
Your package can be delivered to a building doorman, concierge, mailroom, front door, or mailbox. Please check those areas first. If you do not receive your package within 24 hours, please contact the carrier (FedEx/UPS) to file a claim.
Lost or Stolen Package
Eastside Golf is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package does not arrive, please contact the carrier and customerservice@eastsidegolf.com to initiate a FedEx or UPS Claim.
Orders & Payments
How do I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Once you receive the item, you can follow the instructions in our Returns & Exchanges Page.
Can I combine my orders?
No. We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.
Pricing, Payments, & Refunds
All prices on our website are denoted in US Dollars. We offer various payment options, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Additionally, we accept PayPal and Amazon Pay. Any applicable credits or refunds will be issued back to the original payment method, whether a credit card or a PayPal account. Please note that sales tax is applied to all online orders shipped within California. Customers residing in other states are currently not subjected to sales tax. Discounts and promotional codes are limited to one per order and cannot be combined.
Raffles
What If Enter More Than One Raffle?
You are responsible for payment for each raffle entry you win. You have until the final drawing to cancel your entry. Once selected you will be charged. All sales final on raffles.
