Returns & Exchanges
How do I start an online return or exchange?
Start an Online Return or Exchange
- Please go to our Returns Portal.
- Add your order number and zip code to your online order. Complete the steps in the portal by answering if you want an Exchange or Refund for Store Credit.
- Download and print the return label that will be emailed to you at the time of processing. You will receive update notifications from our loop returns portal throughout the return process.
- Place the label on the original packaging.
- Place the new and unused items in the original packaging. Do not combine any separate order into one package. We also ask that you not separate a return for one order into multiple packages. This can cause delays of up to 21 days.
- Drop your package off at a nearby carrier location. Eastside Golf is not responsible for any lost returns. We highly recommend a shipping method that contains proof of delivery or a tracking number.
- Returns can take up to 10 - 12 days to process.
- Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the item to be delivered to the warehouse.
- Once received and delivered to the warehouse, it will take 3 - 5 days for the warehouse to process and finalize the return.

What is your return & exchange policy?
Eastside Golf will accept exchanges or returns for store credit within 45 days of purchase. Shoes are eligible for exchanges only and cannot be returned.
All merchandise must be returned in original packaging, with tags attached, unused, and in sellable condition. This must also be accompanied by proof of purchase. All returns and exchanges will charge an $8.00 processing fee for the shipping label. Exchanges can take up to 14 - 21 days to process.
Please be aware that all exchanges and returns must be shipped within 14 DAYS of receiving the shipping label. If you opt for an exchange, your card will be temporarily charged an amount equivalent to the value of the requested exchanged items. FAILURE TO RETURN THE ITEMS WITHIN 14 DAYS WILL RESULT IN BEING CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT FOR THE EXCHANGED ITEMS.

Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to get my order?
Domestic orders placed by 11:00 a.m. PST Monday - Friday will be processed before shipping within 1 - 3 business days. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Any orders placed on the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
To ensure the security of our customers, Eastside Golf cannot modify or redirect the shipping address of a package once it's been dispatched. We strictly ship to the address provided during checkout, which must correspond with the billing address. However, you can arrange for a pickup at a carrier location through the carrier service.
What shipment methods are available?
Some special offers and products might be excluded from the free shipping offer. If your order falls below the threshold amount, you will be charged based on your location and the size of your order. If you would like expedited shipping we offer faster services via USPS and FedEx at an additional cost. You will be able to select your shipping preference at checkout.
Can I expedite an order?
We cannot move your order in front of other orders for faster processing and/or delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once tracking is added, an email notification will be sent to you for your order. If you have yet to receive tracking, you can contact one of our customer services representatives at customerservice@eastsidegolf.com for updates.
My Package says “delivered,” but I never received it.
Your package can be delivered to a building doorman, concierge, mailroom, front door, or mailbox. Please check those areas first. If you do not receive your package within 24 hours, please contact the carrier (FedEx/USPS) to file a claim.
Lost or Stolen Package
Eastside Golf is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package does not arrive, please contact the carrier and customerservice@eastsidegolf.com to initiate a FedEx or USPS Claim.
Orders & Payments
How do I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Once you receive the item, you can follow the instructions in our Returns & Exchanges Page.
Can I combine my orders?
No. We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.
Pricing, Payments, & Refunds
All prices on our website are denoted in US Dollars. We offer various payment options, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Additionally, we accept PayPal and Amazon Pay. Any applicable credits or refunds will be issued back as store credit. Please note that sales tax is applied to all online orders shipped within California. Customers residing in other states are currently not subjected to sales tax. Discounts and promotional codes are limited to one per order and cannot be combined.
Raffles
What If Enter More Than One Raffle?
You are responsible for payment for each raffle entry you win. You have until the final drawing to cancel your entry. Once selected you will be charged. All sales final on raffles.
