If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can request a refund for store credit. You have 30 days from the time you receive your order to request and return your item. Only approved returns will receive store credit or are eligible for exchange.
To request a refund or exchange, please reach out through our contact form or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you’d like to return, and why you would like to return/exchange it. If you are requesting exchange, please also let us know exchange the item for (name, size, color).
Our Customer Service team should get back to you within approximately 2-3 business days during the week. Please note that the Customer Service team is off on weekends and holidays.
Please allow our warehouse at least 10 days to process your return.
- •All raffles are final sale—no returns or exchanges allowed.
- • Only one (1) return label per order will be honored.
- • During holidays, processing of returns/credits/exchanges may take longer.
- • Final sale items are not eligible for returns (these items will be clearly marked as non-returnable).
- • If your package was shipped in a poly bag, please reuse your shipping bag for the return. Additionally, the postage reflected in the return label assumes the same shipping package will be used. Substituting may require additional postage.
- • You will be contacted via email if your return is being rejected. Your return will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order. You may also be charged a processing fee for rejected returns.
- • International Returns: We are currently unavailable to support international shipping.
