Christmas 2024 Shipping Cutoff Dates (for delivery before December 25):

  • UPS Ground: December 15
  • FedEx Ground: December 15
  • Expedited Shipping: December 16
  • Please note: Our warehouse does not operate on weekends. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

     

    Shipping & Tracking

     

     

    Domestic orders placed by 11:00 a.m. PST Monday - Friday will be processed before shipping within 1 - 3 business days. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Any orders placed on the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.

     

    PLEASE NOTE EASTSIDE GOLF IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PACKAGES THAT ARE DELIVERED TO THE INCORRECT ADDRESS BY THE CARRIER.

     

    How Can I track my order status? 

     

    Once tracking is added, an email notification will be sent to you for your order. If you have yet to receive tracking, you can contact one of our customer services representatives at customerservice@eastsidegolf.com for updates. 

     

    My Package says “delivered,” but I never received it

     

    Your package can be delivered to a building doorman, concierge, mailroom, front door, or mailbox. Please check those areas first. If you do not receive your package within 24 hours, please contact the carrier (FedEx/UPS) to file a claim

     

    Lost or Stolen Package 

     

    Eastside Golf is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package does not arrive, please contact customerservice@eastsidegolf.com to initiate a FedEx or UPS Claim. 

     

    Can I expedite an order? 

     

    We cannot move your order in front of other orders for faster processing and/or delivery. 

     

    Can I cancel my order? 

     

    Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Once you receive the item,  you can follow the instructions in our Returns & Exchanges section. 

     

    Can I change the shipping address on my order? 

     

    To ensure the security of our customers, Eastside Golf cannot modify or redirect the shipping address of a package once it's been dispatched. We strictly ship to the address provided during checkout, which must correspond with the billing address. However, you can arrange for a pickup at a carrier location or adjust the delivery date through the carrier service.

     

    Can I combine my orders? 

     

    No. We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.

     

    Shipping Limitations

     

    Upon placing an order, it will be shipped to the address provided by the purchaser, provided that the shipping address complies with the shipping restrictions outlined on this website. All purchases made through this website are subject to a shipment contract. Consequently, the risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website transfers to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for initiating any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. 

     

    For domestic shipments, please allow 1 - 3 days for fulfillment, processing, and verification. Once an order has been verified and processed, the order will ship through the desired shipping method for delivery.

     

    To ensure our customers' security, Eastside Golf cannot modify or intercept shipping addresses once an order has been placed. We only ship to the address provided at checkout, which must match the billing address. However, you can schedule a FedEx pickup or reschedule delivery through FedEx.

     

    Please note that all online orders must have matching billing and shipping addresses. Orders with different billing and shipping addresses will not be processed to prevent fraudulent transactions.
