Once shoes are available for domestic delivery, orders placed by 11:00 a.m. PST Monday - Friday will be processed before shipping within 1 - 3 business days. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Any orders placed on the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we accept eligible* items for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached, unused, and in sellable condition, accompanied by proof of purchase.
For $1.98, you can unlock free returns and exchanges through Checkout+. If you opt out of Checkout+, an $8.00 processing fee will apply to cover the cost of the return shipping label.

I really like this Lightweight hoodie but definitely order 1 size bigger then usual. I bought a Small on sale last year(normally Medium) and loved it but knew if I dried it then it would never fit again. Unfortunately that finally happened. Was able to snag this one in a size Large and the fit is perfect and I am not worried about it getting accidently dried this time around.
The hoodie is very comfortable and love the feel of the material..
