Request a Return
At Eastside Golf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we accept eligible* items for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached, unused, and in sellable condition, accompanied by proof of purchase.
For $1.98, you can unlock free returns and exchanges through Checkout+. If you opt out of Checkout+, an $8.00 processing fee will apply to cover the cost of the return shipping label.
How to Start a Return
- Go to our Returns Portal.
- Enter your order number and zip code, then follow the prompts to request a refund, store credit, or exchange.
- A prepaid return label will be emailed once your request is processed. Print and attach this label to your package.
- All return packages must be shipped within 30 days of delivery. Please do not combine multiple orders into one return or split one order into multiple packages, as this may delay processing by up to 21 days.
- Drop your package at any carrier location. Eastside Golf is not responsible for lost returns—we recommend using a method that provides tracking or proof of delivery.
Please allow 8–12 days for your package to be delivered to our warehouse and for our team to process and finalize your return. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment and confirmed via customerservice@eastsidegolf.com.
If you have any issues with your return in the portal, please reach out through our contact form or via email at customerservice@eastsidegolf.com. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for return/exchange. If you are requesting an exchange, please also include the new item/size/color.
Our Customer Service team typically responds within 1–2 business days during the week and on weekends. Please note, our team is off on holidays.
How to Start an Exchange
- Visit our Returns Portal.
- Choose to exchange your item for the same product in a different size, select a new item of equal value, or apply your exchange credit toward new items.
- Enter your order number and zip code, then follow the prompts.
- Once your exchange is confirmed, a temporary hold will be placed on the card used for the original purchase.
- Please ship your return within 14 days of receiving your label. If items are not returned within this window, you will be charged in full for the exchanged items.
Exchanges may take 14–21 days to complete. Please note: at this time, we are unable to accept gifting exchanges.
PLEASE NOTE
- All raffles are final sale—no returns or exchanges allowed.
- Multiple Entry Raffles — You will be charged for all raffles you enter.
- Only one (1) return label per order will be honored.
- During holidays, processing of returns/credits/exchanges may take longer.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- If your package was shipped in a poly bag, please reuse your shipping bag for the return. Using different packaging may require additional postage.
- You will be contacted via email if your return is rejected. Your return will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order, and you may be charged a processing fee.
- International Returns: The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. If you return or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before your account is credited.
