We offer FREE U.S. ground shipping on orders of $150 or more. Orders placed by 11:00 a.m. PST Monday - Friday will be processed before shipping within 1 - 3 business days. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Any orders placed on the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we accept eligible* items for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached, unused, and in sellable condition, accompanied by proof of purchase.

I love this shoe
I ordered these for pre order for my husband. There was no exact shipping because they were pre sale so I assumed once they came out they would be shipped which they were. My husband was so excited and surprised these fit amazing like any other Nike shoe my husband ordered so those saying the fit trash mud not know their shoe size I love the soles in them as well would definitely order again

I feel you but I've been shopping eastside golf for years and they are great! I was wondering the same thing as you but just received an email informing me I purchased pre-sale and shipment will be processed when inventory opens up!
I had a really poor experience with Eastside Golf. I ordered a pair of golf shoes without realizing that the sizes listed on their site were in US sizing rather than UK. As soon as I noticed, I immediately emailed their customer service team to request either a size change or to cancel the order.
To my surprise, they flat-out refused to make any changes, claiming that they “ship straight away.” However, that turned out not to be true at all — it actually took over three weeks for the shoes to be shipped! Despite all that time, they still wouldn’t help or make a simple adjustment.
When the shoes finally arrived, they were in the wrong size (US instead of UK) and essentially unusable for me. The lack of flexibility, poor communication, and unwillingness to assist a paying customer were really disappointing.
For a premium brand, I expected much better service and a more customer-friendly approach. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend Eastside Golf to others.
