Nice sweater, poor shipping experience…

I ordered this sweater Nov. 29th, and it was supposed to arrive Dec. 6th. It’s now Dec. 12th and I’m just getting my package. The quality of the sweater overall seems to be nice. I ordered XL but when I opened it, it looked to run a little small. Unfortunately, between this company and FedEx, receiving my package was a complete hassle and headache, therefore, I will not be ordering anything else from here.
