Going to wear it as a shirt

The dress is wayyyy too short. The slit exposes my under garments. And this dress does not come with shorts. I paired it with the ivory skirt with black logo, and it looks like a long a-symetrical shirt. Aside from this, the armholes are too small to fully play comfortably. I’ll use this outfit if I’m going to a putting clinic or if I’m going to an upscale spot to practice putting/ chip/pitching.
The material is great. And the dress is adorable in theory, however, it was executed as if to fit dwarfs or tweenagers.
