Please allow for 3 business days for your items to leave our warehouse. You arrival date is Shipping Estimate + 3 days processing.  Thank you

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase at eastsidegolf.com, we will accept returns for a store credit for items purchased on eastsidegolf.com. There is an $8 “Shipping & Handling'' fee to process the return and/or exchange.

You may return unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise within 30 days from the date of receipt for store credit. Products must be in the same condition as you received them.

Please note, Gift Cards, special priced & clearance items and where noted items are eligible for store credit only. No returns are allowed for final sale items and shoes, raffle winning shoes and mystery boxes.

To request a return or an exchange, please follow these simple steps:

Go to our Returns Portal

Choose the item(s) you would like to return and why

Receive store credit or exchange the item for new product 

Attach your printed label to your return shipment

If you experience any issues with your return, please reach out via email to customerservice@eastsidegolf.com

After you submit the request please wait 48 hours, 72 during weekends for our customer service team to send you return information and directions to print a return label.

Once your shipment is received you will be notified via email of the status of your exchange/store credit.
