We offer FREE U.S. ground shipping on orders of $150 or more. Orders placed by 11:00 a.m. PST Monday - Friday will be processed before shipping within 1 - 3 business days. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Any orders placed on the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we accept eligible* items for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached, unused, and in sellable condition, accompanied by proof of purchase.
For $1.98, you can unlock free returns and exchanges through Checkout+. If you opt out of Checkout+, an $8.00 processing fee will apply to cover the cost of the return shipping label.

I feel you but I've been shopping eastside golf for years and they are great! I was wondering the same thing as you but just received an email informing me I purchased pre-sale and shipment will be processed when inventory opens up!
don’t waste your money on the free ruturn, they make you pay this and then tell you you can’t return the item, sneakers look trash in person
I purchased 3 weeks ago for an upcoming golf trip. It says here that they will ship in 7-10 days. It is now many days after the date of purchase and it still has not shipped out. Because they didn’t ship I’m not able to have the shoes for my golf trip so now I had to buy a different pair of golf shoes. I asked them to cancel my purchase because they haven’t shipped in time and I had to purchase a different pair of shoes for my trip. They just flat out responded by saying they will not allow me to cancel and that I am forced to buy the shoes even though the shoes are not shipped out yet and still delayed. Now they have stopped responding to my emails. I would not need to cancel the order if they just delivered in their promise at time of purchase and it’s very unreasonable for them to refuse cancelling even though the issue they are causing me is their fault. And this is not even a cost to them because nothing was shipped out yet. Really horrible experience and clearly puts profits first over meeting customer needs and taking accountability for their mistakes. I will never do business with Eastside Golf again. Extremely unprofessional in the way they do business.
